This futher supports the call for students to be zoned which would greatly reduce the number of them travelling on PSVs. I don't know how effective a ban on ZRs and minibuses would be because children have been known to give plenty of trouble on the Transport Board buses as well...including jumping thru windows. If they ban children from the ZRs and minibuses then they'd have to make sure that the TB buses are running regular enough to pick up the slack. Another thing I would be interested in knowing is who would be penalized if the ban is broken...the child, the child's parent, the driver, or the vehicle owner.

could you legally ban the children off the PSVs? I mean if I was a PSV owner i would think i got the right to say wunnah tekkin way my livelihood an is discrimination or something so

plus putin them only on the free transport board buses wouuld mean even more tax dollars towards the transport board if indeed it was possible for the transport board to handle the greater influx of children wouldnt it?

I believe dat de government has the power to do whatever it deems necessary to protect minors. But banning them from ZRs and minibuses aint going change their behaviour. It is true dat de vile music and irresponsible behaviour of the drivers and conductors on the ZRs and minibuses have contributed greatly to the bad behaviour of school children...but de horse done bolt long ago. And yes, it is unlikely dat de TB would be able to provide adequate service to get all those children where they need to go in a timely manner.
