I justhad a lovely brekfuss dat de wife prepared for muh. It was a wicked fish broth using a dolphin head we had in de fridge. I had that wid a few slices of whole wheat bread, and as we bajans wud say "um pull loud".

I hay getting over sum niggeritis from de Hilton buffet.
I doan tink I mention it but yestuhday was by birthday so we bin celebrating de whole weekend.
