1. First I had to download and install the free tagging software from here: http://www.fototagger.com/downloads
2. Then I had to open the original image from inside Fototagger and add the tags (notations and pointers)
3. Then I found out that when I tried to save it, the tags do not save with it...the tags are only visible inside the Fototagger program.
4. So I decided to do a Shift-PrntScrn (screen shot) of the image as it is inside the Fototagger program, then I opened Microsoft Paint (Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint) and pasted it in there.
5. Then I saved it using Paint as a bitmap(bmp) image file, but I realized that the bmp file was a bit too large (over 2mb) for my liking.
6. So I opened the bmp file again in Paint, then saved it as a jpeg file which reduced the size to 117kb.
