Expected yeah, but I tink a lotta is is negligence, hasty decisions and carelessness.
I had a cousin from Bim dat walk in in a hospital in NY fuh heart surgery and 'in wakeup. Duh sey de surgery was a success, but he had complications. Still, I kin onstan dem tings happening wid someting as serious as heart surgery. But some o' dese deaths 'in even serious procedures.

I agree...death should not result from simple everyday procedures. That's why some people say that as long as their problem\ailment doan stop them from doing their everyday ting, dem ain bothering to go to nuh doctor or hospital...but dah attitude is risky too...better off taking yuh chances at de doc.
